Good Port But Got Screwed

I was 20+ hours into my game when the game tried to update. The update failed, that was two weeks ago, and now it is stuck in "waiting status". Only option is to delete the whole app and start all over. Say they have cloud storage but does not work. Lost game and will not replay. Still best game ever but unfortunate no back up options. Beware on this format you might invest a lot of time in getting a perfect game and lose it all.
